Project Timeline (Updated 19 August 2019)

There are 19 major milestones for the project. The first milestone was procuring the server and making it available for the project to begin. The server was installed and provisioned by December 2018. For milestone 4, all required instances of non-production environment (Test, Training, Conversion & Build) have been deployed successfully. The production environment will be built when needed later in the project. Adirondack housing requires integration with Student Management System for invoicing of housing. For this purpose, the Adirondack housing software is placed on hold. It is expected to go live with Banner Student Module. All other milestones are progressing as per the schedule.
