The Talanoa sessions were held successfully in July. Consulting engagements continue to be delivered as scheduled. Risks associated with the HR/Payroll implementation continue to be monitored and managed.

Key Accomplishments
- The Talanoa sessions were held successfully in July. Consulting engagements continue to be delivered as scheduled. Risks associated with the HR/Payroll implementation continue to be monitored and managed.
- All training and consulting sessions in the project calendar delivered as scheduled.
- Technical team continue to work on the HR/Payroll scripts needed for Fiji government accreditation.
- Remote Database Administration training for the Technical team is in progress. The team has created another Banner non-production database.
- Data conversion activities are continuing. General Person conversion signoff has been provided and data is being moved to the TEST instance.
- BDM services started. Needs Analysis data collection completed.
- Argos services started. Argos Sessions 1-5 are in progress.
- Degree Works services started. Degree Works Hardware planning call completed.
- Workflow services started. Workflow installation in progress.
- Groovy/Grails training completed by Technical team.
- CRM Recruit schedule reviewed. Agreement on weekly training schedule.

Planned Activity for Next Three Months
- Continue with Finance, HR/Payroll and Student engagements in June.
- Start planning meetings for the 2nd Talanoa session.
- Complete RDBA training in August. Complete Banner non-production installation. FNU Technical team to start taking management responsibility for on-premise Banner environments.
- Complete code development tasks for the payroll scripts needed to get accreditation.
- Complete non-production data conversion tasks in non-production.
- Continue HR/Payroll Test 100 setup and testing in September.
- Complete Banner Document Management Needs Analysis in August. Deliver BDM training in September-October.
- Deliver Banner Workflow training in September.
- Complete Argos Reporting training in September.
- Start FormFusion development activities in October.
